Jal Neti (Sanskrit: "water cleansing") is a yogic nasal irrigation technique practiced for thousands of years in India. Using a neti pot filled with warm saline water, the practice gently flushes the nasal passages, sinuses, and upper respiratory tract.

As one of the six classical Shatkarmas (yogic cleansing practices), Jal Neti prepares the body and mind for deeper yogic and meditative states — while offering powerful, immediate health benefits accessible to anyone.
